The Registrar Office of Holy Apostles College and Seminary is dedicated to the support of the its students by providing quality services to students, faculty, and the public. The Registrar Office supervises student course registration, maintaining student academic records, transcript requests, etc.

All transcript requests, for either Online or On Campus students, are processed through the Office of the Registrar. (Please note that if you are a user in Populi, you can print an unofficial transcript right from your student tab).

Registrar Services

Transcript Requests

Transcript orders are processed through the Office of the Registrar. The fee of $5.00 per transcript must be paid with each request. Please click Transcript Request Form to download our transcript request form. Transcripts are processed in the order in which they are received and are mailed within 3-5 business days. Peak periods such as registration and grading may require a longer processing time.

Official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar and the School Seal; they are typically sent to potential employers or schools. Unofficial transcripts do not bear the signature of the Registrar or the School Seal; they are issued directly to the student.

Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed. Please note that we do not offer electronic transcripts at this time, therefore, Official transcripts will be sent by USPS first-class mail in a sealed envelope. Requests for any expedited services beyond this processing are considered special handling and subject to additional charges.

All financial accounts must be paid in full or satisfactory arrangements made, and all library borrowing policies must be complied with, before transcripts will be released.

Graduation Application

To have your name entered on the graduation list you must have have a completed Graduation Application and turned it in to Margaret C. Gunn, Graduation Coordinator.
