
Melissa Steele holds a Masters in theological studies with specialization in Marriage and the Family from the International Theological Institute in Austria, and a Bachelors of Arts in Sacred Music and Theology from Ave Maria University in Florida, USA. She has participated in numerous conferences in theology, bioethics, family studies, sacred music and liturgy, and her research interests include gender psychology with a Catholic foundation, the feminine genius, and the sacramentality of marriage. Professor Steele has served in many catechetical capacities and in the area of church music for many years. She lives in the Dallas, TX area and is mother to five children.
