Dr. Kristina Olsen has a Ph.D. in Theology from Catholic University of America and a D.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has master’s degrees in Computer Science, Business and Theology. She also has bachelor’s degrees in Music and Philosophy. She is currently Lead Change Manager for a large Information Technology (ERP) project in the Office of Innovation and Technology of the City of Philadelphia.

Dr. Olsen is a follower of Jesus Christ and a Secular Discalced Carmelite (OCDS). Her research interests lie at the intersection of Christian spirituality, change management and IT leadership.
