NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION
Purpose
Holy Apostles College and Seminary believes in the inherent dignity and worth of every person. Holy Apostles College and Seminary strives to welcome all with hospitality and respect. Consistent with such philosophy and in accordance with all applicable laws, Holy Apostles College and Seminary has adopted the following non-discrimination statement for use by all departments and programs. As such, Holy Apostles College and Seminary is committed to providing a multicultural environment free from discrimination for its students, faculty, staff and alumni. Nothing in this statement shall require Holy Apostles College and Seminary to act in a manner contrary to the beliefs and teachings of the Catholic Church.
Statement
Holy Apostles College and Seminary prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities. Holy Apostles College and Seminary will not tolerate any unlawful discrimination and any such conduct is prohibited. Holy Apostles College and Seminary also prohibits any form of discipline or retaliation for reporting incidents of discrimination.

This statement is intended to be consistent with federal and state laws, including, but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
