Our Chapel
The Chapel of Our Lady Queen of the Apostles is located on the Holy Apostles College and Seminary campus in Cromwell, CT.
While the primary purpose of the Holy Apostles campus chapel is to serve the seminarians, sisters, students, faculty, and staff of Holy Apostles, the local community is welcome to attend Mass at the chapel.
Chapel Schedule
Mass Times:
- During the academic year, Mass is celebrated at 7:00 AM every day and 11:45 AM on weekdays in the Chapel.
- Please contact the campus office for times regarding Holy Days of Obligation and summer as the schedule for Mass varies.
Confession Times:
- The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered at 4 PM to 5 PM on Mondays.
A Voice of Beauty
In Spring of 2023, Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Chapel received two beautiful stained glass windows depicting the Eucharist and the Word of God.
Designed by world-renowned stained glass artist Fabio Pizzol, each window was beautifully crafted with mouth-blown glass. All the pieces are cut by hand and then carefully hand-painted.
As Mr. Pizzol explained, “It is something that people will notice and re-notice because the stained glass changes every day and every season.”

About The Chapel
The chapel, which is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of the Apostles, was built by Sullivan Brothers, LLC of Wolcott, CT.
Co-owner John Sullivan said a personal connection drew him to the project: his sister, a former Air Force captain, is a nun, Sister Veronica Mary; she is a member of the Sisters of Life.
The chapel has an unusual – but spacious – octagonal design and encompasses a cathedral ceiling that replicates a 5th-century Byzantine design.
