For thirty plus years Dr. Lisa M. Gulino has served in ministry forming intentional disciples and lay ecclesial ministers for the New Evangelization. Her professional ministry experience includes Campus Ministry at Seton Hall University.

Lisa Gulino, for more than a decade, served in the Diocese of Fall River as Diocesan Director Adult Education and Faith Formation, Associate Director of RCIA and was appointed by the Bishop as the educational liaison for the New England Conference of Bishops’ initiatives concerning End of Life issues.

For eight years, Dr. Gulino served the Diocese of Providence in a Cabinet level position as the Director of the Office of Faith Formation and Evangelization. Dr. Gulino was entrusted with the formation, education, and certification of all parish lay ecclesial leaders. She oversaw the Director and Coordinator of Young Adult Ministry, RCIA, Marriage Preparation, and SPRED.

She has several years experience in Parish Life as Director of Faith Formation and most recently as Pastoral Associate for a large Boston parish.

In higher education, Dr. Gulino taught in the on-line program for St. Joseph College, Standish Maine for close to a decade. Additionally, Dr. Gulino served as Chair of Pastoral Studies and Associate Professor on campus and online programs for Brescia University in KY and online facilitation at Notre Dame University. Dr. Gulino teaches such courses as: Liturgy, Catechism I and II, Spirituality courses, Ministry of Evangelization and Catechesis, Catholic Social Doctrine, Theology of Pastoral Ministry, and Family and Youth Ministry, Professional Development courses include Lay Ecclesial Minister Formation, Pastoral Leadership, the Evangelizing Parish, the Mission of Catechesis, Leading an Effective Pastoral Staff.

Dr. Gulino’s Doctoral Dissertation proposed and created an evangelizing catechesis for the domestic Church. Her areas of concentration in her doctoral studies: evangelization, catechesis, and spiritual formation.
